Fire Risk Assessments

We are one of the UK’s leading fire risk assessment companies. Our expert assessors can provide a full fire safety audit of your premises to ensure you’re fully compliant.

What are Fire Risk Assessments?

Under legislation, a fire risk assessment must be carried out for any non-domestic premises and then be regularly reviewed. If you have five or more employees, the findings of the assessment must be a documented report.

Broadly speaking, the assessment should define measures that will reduce or eliminate the risk of fire by:

  • Identifying the fire hazards

  • Identifying people at risk

  • Evaluating, removing or reducing the risk, if possible, and protecting from risk

  • Recording the findings

  • Planning, instructing and training to act on the findings

Conducting a fire risk assessment can be daunting, which is why many companies use external experts. Our team are experienced in conducting fire risk assessments within residential and commercial property management settings.
